Watermelon kheer is very delicious . Summer is knocking the door. It is a different way to enjoy the watermelon to beat the heat of the Indian Summer.

Ingredients
Watermelon -2 cup (remove seeds, then cut into cubes)
Milk-1 litre
Condensed milk -1tin (200 grams)
Green Cardamom Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Cashew nuts -2 tablespoons
Rose Water -1teaspoon
Instructions
Add milk in a big pan,bring it to boil,when it will start boiling let it simmer on low flame, keep stirring, cook gently till the milk is reduced to half.
Add condensed milk, green cardamom powder and cashew nuts, simmer for 5 minutes till it thicken
Remove from the heat, let it be room teapretaure. It will take minimum 1 hour.
Then add watermelon pieces and rosewater.
Keep it in fridge for 2 hours. After that then take outthe bowl from fridge and enjoy chilled watermelon kheer. It really taste good.
Here watermelon is getting soaked in chilled creamy milk so juice comes out from watermelon and mix with milk. So when will you have it, you get the taste of watermelon along with creamy milk.
Notes
Before adding watermelon pieces, make sure the milk is cool otherwise due to sourness of watermelon milk can be curdled.
