This delicious chicken recipe is very popular in any restaurants in India. It is a very quick chicken recipe which you can make with few easily available ingredients in your kitchen. This you can make it at the comfort of your home according to your own taste. It goes well with pan fried hakka noddles and fried rice.
The main criteria of making any Indo Chinese dish at home is to cook the dish at high flame. You have to be very careful while cooking the dish as it does not get burnt from bottom. You need to stir the dish continuously while cooking to prevent burning. There is various ways of making this dish at home. This recipe is totally my hubby’s own recipe, he prefers to boil the chicken before making the dish to make the chicken soft.
My husband’s signature dish
This dish is my husband’s signature dish, he is expert in making any non vegetarian dish. Earlier he made this dish many times, me and my daughter just enjoyed having this dish. But few days back when he had decided to make this again, I planned to add this recipe in my blog for my viewers. So this time I have put little efforts along with having it with my favourite Indo Chinese style fried rice. Except garnishing and photography all credits in making this dish goes to my hubby . Mainly many people use boneless chicken to make this dish. We use with bone chicken, as at my home we all love with bone chicken than boneless chicken.
